Indiana State Police said today that a 25-year-old Lawrenceburg, Ind., man has been arrested and accused of punishing a 4-year-old girl by burning her hands and feet.

A Lawrenceburg man is charged with the physical abuse of a four year old girl. Indiana State Police say 25 year old David Munson is charged with one count of battery causing serious bodily injury.
